Acid protease:
This product is developed and extracted from ASP. Usamii no. 537. As an enzyme for catalysis of protein hydrolysis under pH 2.5-4.0, this product can be used for alcohol fermentation, leather softening, wool dyeing, juice purification and feedstuff.

1) Appearance: Powder
2) pH: 2.5-5.5, most in 3.0-3.5
3) Activity temperature: 30-50oC, favorable under 40-45oC
4) Enzymatic activity: ¡Ý60, 000u/g
5) Calcium ion consistency: Calcium ion can protect the product
6) Storage: Should be stored in a dry and cool place.
7) Shelf life: 12 months under 25oC.

Neutral protease:
This product is made from Bac. Subtilis no. 1398 through fermentation and extraction technique. It can catalyze protein to hydrolyze into low molecular peptide and amino acid. The products can be used in the industry of leather softening and depilation, silk degumming, plant and animal proteolysis, brewing and feedstuff.
